Prices listed are per person/day incl. 3/4 board. Plus local tourism tax: 3,50 € per person/day from 14 years.

The 3/4 board incl. a hearty breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet and evening gourmet menu. Breakfast from 07.30 - 10.30 am, afternoon buffet from 3.00 - 5.00 pm, dinner from 7.00 - 8.00 pm.

On request an valid for an optimal occupancy of 2 adultes. Children with reduced prices receive our children's menu.

You can also use our double bedrooms as a single room. The surcharge for this option is 30% per day for the selected daily rate.

We will deduct € 15 per person from your final bill should you decide not to have dinner during your 3/4 board stay (offers and specials not included).

  You are welcome to use our wellness facilities on the day of departure (surcharge € 25).

Parking spaces and/or access to our underground garage are free of charge.

Dogs are allowed providing you let us know in advance. Prices are € 20 per day excl. food. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or wellbeing area.

The bill can be paid in cash (limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations € 4.999,-) or by credit card (EC, Visa, MasterCard) when checking out. You can also pay for the booking before check-in via bank transfer on the following bank account:

There is no right to cancellation as per the Consumer Protection Code (Chapter III, Heading III, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005). However, we are pleased to offer you the following conditions:

Cancellation conditions: No cancellation fees will be charged should you cancel the reservation (via written communication) up to one month before the date of arrival. For cancellations after this date, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the booked reservation. This also applies for delayed check-in and early check-out.

To avoid unpleasant situations, we would recommend purchasing a cancellation insurance.
