The
insurance for cancelation becomes effective:

Unexpected
heavy illness of the guest who wanted to begin the journey.

Pregnancy
of the guest which has been established after booking.

Heavy
accident or death of the guest.
-
Death,
heavy accident or unexpected heavy illness of a family
member.
-
Important
damage at the property of the guest at his place of residence
because of elementary event (e.g. fire) or criminal offence
of a third party.
Medically
cases must be confirmed by a doctor in writing.

General
information about cancellations
No
costs arise at written cancellations until a month before
journey.
Cancelations
will be checked individually after and during your stay.
However,
we reserve the right to bill up to 80% of the booked lodgings
share if the room cannot be reselled. This holds also for
delayed journey and premature departure. The Italian conditions
for housing contracts (Beherbergungs-
verträge) are relevant.
To prevent trouble, we recommend to buy the Four Seasons Insurance
