Erich Pernthaler is one of the most popular south Tyroleans top cooks. During his years as an apprentice he filled his "Vita" only with best addresses for example St. Moritz, Frankfurt, Munich, London and he joint our kitchen of our gourmet and relaxation hotel in spring 2007.

Stamped by his South Tyroleans origin and of his experience rich time at the best addresses of the guild Erich Pernthaler always cultivates the local note of his exquisite kitchen.
