Rates:
The guest room rates are calculated per person and per day by use of
2 adults, and include all taxes and duties.
Everything else that is still included in the price can be found
in our inclusive services.
Arrival
and Departure:
Check-in time for our guest rooms is 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If
you arrive earlier, you have access to all the amenities of our hotel.
On the day of departure check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Reduced
Rates:
Prices and information for children, see family world. In a
Room occupancy with 3 adults, we calculate for the 3rd Person only Euro
85, - per day in all room categories.
Single
plus advantage:
Singles
traveling persons can book our double rooms also to the
singles use. The surcharge is euros 40.-per day at the
current price of the double room. We offer you the possibility
to use our "Single plus for advantage " on
06.03 - 14.06.2009 and on 06.09 - 08.11.2009. You pay
only the price of the single room in the double room.
Parking/Underground
Garage:
You can use our own hotel parking or our underground
parking spacelot free of charge.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome if they are registered with us in advance. We charge 10 euros
per day without food. We will charge 30 euros for final cleaning if necessary.
Please have understanding for the fact that dogs are not permitted in the
dining room or in the bathing facilities.
Half-board:
All
weekly offers and arrangements include complete half-board
with evening menus and inclusive services. So that
you can enjoy your evenings as you wish, you have the
possibility of coming to dinner between 7:00 and 9:00
pm. You may reserve your room without the evening menus
at the given daily rates and take advantage of our
daily menu with our à la carte offers. If you
have reserved your room with evening menus and don’t
partake of our evening cuisine, we’ll credit
your bill with 15 euros per person and evening. In
the time periods from 12 July 2009 – 06 September
2009 half-board is obligatory with
your reservation.
Hotel
Bill:
Please pay your bill cash. You may also transfer
the cost of the room to the bank mentioned below before arrival. It is
also possible to pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard). In the case
of payment with American Express, we add an additional 1% to the hotel
bill.

Cancellation:
No cancellation fees incur in the case of written cancellations that
are received up to one month before arrival. Cancellations that occur
after this point or during your stay will be examined individually.
We reserve the right however to charge up to 80% of the price of
accommodation if the room cannot be resold. This also applies to
late arrivals and early departures. The Italian conditions regarding
hotel contracts apply. In order to avoid bother, we suggest that
you complete a travel cancellation insurance policy.
